Well my great aunt who had the stroke is now at home. Recovering but lost most of her ability to do things for herself. I am just spending as much time with her as I can.

Just this morning my husband received a call that his dad had another stroke and is now in ICU.

It all hits in waves.

I am sorry, Kassandra. ((((((hugs))))))) I am glad that you are spending time with your great aunt. I hope your husband's father recovers ok.

Kasandra,

I'm sorry to hear this news for you and I can relate. My Mom got diagnosed with cancer last month, so did my best friend in Holland, and today my Chocolate Lab is having surgery for a lump.

Hugs, Janel

Both of my grandmothers had lots of issues with strokes so I can definitely relate as well. Best wishes for all of you. *hugs*
