Last saturday I made these, taste good! They were just thrown together, I was not real keen on measuring, so keep that in mind.

About 1 1/4 cups flour, 1/3 parts rye, 3/4 parts white

About 1/4 cup toasted wheat germ

1 tbsp blackstrap molasses

1/2-1 tbsp baking powder

1/2-1 tbsp baking soda

1-2 tsp salt

*enough* vanilla soymilk to make into the preferred consistancy

I cooked them really long, good and crunchy. I then tasted a not so cooked long one, it tasted good too, so I don't know if they are better cooked for a long time or a short time.

I also made a berry syrup, it's nothing special, but I made it out of necesseity and what I had.

handful of mixed frozen berries

2 tbsp blackstrap molasses

1 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp corn syrup

put into blender, and add vanilla soymilk just until it is blendable

I little EB, and some berry syrup, cant go wrong!
