Rye Alfalfa Sandwich<br><br>

Suitable for a: vegetarian diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
2 slices of Rye Bread<br><br>
Alfalfa sprouts<br><br>
mayo or other spread like hummus<br><br>
tomatos<br><br><br><br>
you can add other toppings if you want to<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
First spread the mayo or the spread you like on your sandwich on either one slice or two.<br><br>
Second add the alfalfa ontop of the one of the slices of bread.<br><br>
Then add tomatos, you can use the cherry tomatos and not cut them in halves, but it is up to you. You can use whatever kind of tomatos that you like.<br><br>
Then you put the other slice of bread on top, cut if you want and enjoy.<br><br><br><br><br><br>
