Rice Pudding for Breakfast

Suitable for a: vegetarian diet

Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked rice or any other whole grain

1 to 1 1/2 cups soy milk

2 tblsp. sugar

1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions:

------------------------------------------------------

Follow directions and cook the rice, millet, buckwheat groats or whatever grain you choose. Combine the warm cooked grain with all other ingredients. Stir and serve.

Additional comments:

------------------------------------------------------

You could add chopped fruits, raisons, nuts, flax seeds etc. Instead of adding sugar you could use honey, maple syrup, jam or jelly to sweeten. Serves two or more.
