The noodle mix:
100 g rice flour
30 g starch
300 g cold water
Pinch of salt
4 dried shiitake mushrooms
2 tbsps of canned sweet corns
Put the mushrooms in the hot water for 60 minutes. 2 minutes shaking can short the waiting time up to 30 minutes.
Crush the mushrooms then mix them with the sweet corns.
Roast the mushrooms and the sweet corns in oil. Add salt and pepper.
Bring water to the boil. Cut the baking paper in the form of your steamer. Brush the baking paper with oil.
Apply the noodle mix thinly on the baking paper. Then add some of the stuffing on it. Steam for 1 minute.
Roll the noodle. Add light soy sauce, sesame oil and chives. Enjoy!
