I know this has absolutely no relation to vegetarianism, but everyone is always so helpful on this board! I am wondering if anyone knows a car rental agency that rents to people 18 years old? I need a rental next week and I am very discouraged as i just now found out a lot of places have a minimun renters age. (I just assumed if you had your license you could rent a car??!!?!) So if anyone has any idea it would be so helpful, Thank You!

Right. Most places will let you, but will chargean extra $25/day to do so. iirc, Thrifty is one of them.

Yes I rented a car when I was 18 for almost a week, and had to pay a lot more per day because of it. But it could be done.

I'm not sure. All the ones I've known of, you have to be 25 to rent, 21 to be a driver.<br><br>

i don't know what their policies are, but you might be able to rent one through them.
