Hello everyone! I have done some research on additives in food/ products. Removing the meat out of my diet has not been a problem thus far but, figuring out what additives come from animals has been (condiments,cosmetics,vitamins,soap ect.) I understand that reading the lables and knowing what to look for will take practice and patients (and I'll probably mess up) but, is there any really obvious things to look for?
Any brands I should really be cautious of?

This is all so confusing!
