Froggy and I just spent a few days there and it's a GREAT place for vegans!

Hmmm...Green Cusine's food is good, I've heard. It looked OK when we stopped by, but we were too full from the other yummy places in town...

I've had their desserts though, which I must say are TO DIE FOR! Froggy spoiled me with a whole bag of decadant goodies that we munched on for several days <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/love.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title="

But: For the best vegan choice I'd DEFINITELY say Rebar!

Absolutely go there! http://www.rebarmodernfood.com/ They do good breakfasts which can be hard for vegans to find too, but ALL their meals are worth checking out. They aren't totally vegan, but can "vegan-ize" pretty much anything on the menu too and are VERY vegan-knowledgable! (Oh, and the vegan chocolate brownie will blow you away!!)

Lotus Pond is my other favorite. You should go there as well, if you have the time. They do vegan (Buddhist) Chinese foods with mock meats and tofu and such. SOOOOOO insanely yummy!!

Oh man! Now I want to go back to Victoria. (Of course, my choice in traveling companions made a huge difference in how much I enjoyed the trip too! )
