does anyone have a recipe they could share for vegan dumplings? like, vegetable dumplings and a sauce to go with them? (besides soy sauce).<br><br>
Like. I get the jist of them but Idk about the wrapper they go in. Like.. can someone tell me a brand name or how to make my own?<br><br>
I'd appreciate it, thanks.

Whatever vegetable potstickers your store carries in the freezer is worth trying at least once, I've never made these from scratch. For the sauce, the proportions will vary by your own preferences. But good ingredients would be, in order of how much you should put in: soy sauce, rice vinegar, then a little of each: lemon juice, sesame oil, and minced garlic, with maybe some chopped scallion mixed in too.

can you get to trader joes? they have really good veggie gyoza (dumplings) in the frozen section and a yummy gyoza dipping sauce to go with them.
