here's what I do.

throw in several cups of oats, chopped nuts and seeds (I use pecans, almonds, sesame seeds and sunflower seeds), some sweetener to taste, a pinch of cinamon, a bit of oil. Then bake in a shallow pan until browned and mix in some dryed fruit and coconut. Bake for a little while longer.

I do the same thing. I cook it at 300F for ten minutes mix it around, add the dried fruit (sometimes coconut flakes) and cook it for ten more minutes.

I use three cups rolled oats

1/2 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup canola oil

pinch of salt

pinch of cinnamon

a fist full of sliced almonds/ or walnuts

a fist full of sun flower seeds

a fist full of dried blueberries/ or raisins

1/2 cup coconut flakes (unsweetened)

Sometimes a little vanilla extract
