Really Ranch Dressing!<br><br>

Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>

I've talked about posting this several times but never actually did it (I was just reminded)...<br><br><br><br>
The BEST and most "authentic" tasting vegan ranch you can find, and you probably have all the ingredients to make it right now!<br><br><br><br>
1 cup vegan mayonnaise<br><br>
1/2 cup plain soy milk<br><br>
1/2 cup vegan sour cream (OR 1/2 cup pureed silken tofu)<br><br>
1 tsp. white vinegar<br><br>
1/2 tsp celery salt OR:<br><br>
1 tsp celery seed AND 1/4 tsp salt<br><br>
2 tablespoons very finely chopped green onions (or fresh chives, chopped)<br><br>
1/4 teaspoon onion powder<br><br>
1 Tablespoon minced parsley (fresh is WAY better here)<br><br>
1 garlic clove, finely minced<br><br>
(You can whiz parsley, garlic and a little soymilk in the food processor to make it faster)<br><br>
1/4 teaspoon paprika<br><br>
1/8 teaspoon cayenne<br><br>
1/4 teaspoon salt<br><br>
1/4 teaspoon black pepper<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid.<br><br><br><br>
Shake well to blend. Adjust seasonings to your preference.<br><br><br><br>
