Salad:
12 oz of Spinach
2-3 Tomatoes, Diced
1-2 Mangoes, Diced

Dressing:
1/2 Avocado, mashed
1 orange, juiced
2 sprigs of DiLL, chopped

In a large bowl, Mash avocado into orange juice and add chopped Dill. Add the salad ingredients, chopped tomatoes and mango, add spinach. Mix dressing and salad together with fork to evenly incorporate.

No need for oils, nuts, and salts
