Raw Nori Rolls

Suitable for a: vegan diet

Ingredients:

Raw Sushi Nori (most nori you find in stores are roasted, so they are not raw. Raw sushi nori can be found online.)

soaked nuts(almond, walnut, pine nut, macaadamias, etc)

lemon juice

salt or shoyu

garlic cloves

jullienned carrots, cucumber, scallions

sliced avocado

Instructions:

------------------------------------------------------

In a blender or food processor, process the nuts, lemon juice, salt or shoyu, and garlic cloves into a pasty consistency, adding water if it is too thick.

Use this mixture as the 'rice' when rolling up your sushi. Spread a layer on the end closest to you, then add the vegetables and avocado. Roll it up starting from the end closest to you. Enjoy
