Besides the obvious green smoothies and fresh fruit, I have been trying to figure out other raw foods which I can prepare in 5 minutes or less with no fancy equipment, as between working night shift and going to school, I am extremely busy.

As for wraps, I have discovered sprouted grain tortillas, and have done several great ones with alfalfa, mung beans, and hummus, but I'm short on ideas.

This might be a silly question, as both veganism and raw foods are very new for me, but I would like to ditch the microwaved foods and increase my energy levels.
