Besides the obvious green smoothies and fresh fruit, I have been trying to figure out other raw foods which I can prepare in 5 minutes or less with no fancy equipment, as between working night shift and going to school, I am extremely busy.

As for wraps, I have discovered sprouted grain tortillas, and have done several great ones with alfalfa, mung beans, and hummus, but I'm short on ideas.

This might be a silly question, as both veganism and raw foods are very new for me, but I would like to ditch the microwaved foods and increase my energy levels.

Thanks for your help!

Besides the usual fare, chopped salads, layered fruit dishes, nori wraps and the like are great, easy, fast and good.

Just so you know, sprouted tortillas typically aren't raw and neither is hummus.

collard leafs make great wraps and are raw and healthy.

you can blend soups (like avocado, tomatoes, sprouts, bell peppers, herbs, greens, etc).

you can eat salads.

grab a handful of nuts or seeds.
