I posted this in the wrong forum..so now I'm moving it <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)"><br><br><br><br><br><br>
So a friends mom sent me a link to this Raw Foods diet, eat nothing but Raw veggies/fruits with a little bit of seeds and oils.Has anyone tried this, . I mean it states that she worked out a lot and stuck to this diet, and she lost a lot of weight, but is that healthy?<br><br><br><br>
Some help on this please!?

I did raw foods exclusively for a year and a half and now I do mostly raw with a small amount of cooked vegan foods. The raw food diet is very healthy and I went back to some cooked foods not because of any physical lack, but purely for the pleasure of eating some cooked foods. To me, eating cooked foods is recreational and raw foods are the real deal. I am one of the healthiest people I know. I never get sick and I never have any of the problems or pains that most people consider normal.
