Here's the recipe I'm going to use soon, it has both garlic and basil in it...but i'm going to add a bit of dill too, cuz I put dill in an eggplant spread once and swear it came out tasting like a cool ranch dip or something. Vegan Ranch Dressing<br><br>
1/2 cup soymilk<br><br>
1/2 cup soy mayonaise<br><br>
1 tsp garlic powder<br><br>
1 tsp onion powder<br><br>
3 T red wine vinegar<br><br>
1 T dried parsley flakes<br><br>
salt/pepper to taste<br><br>
Mix all ingredients together. Keeps covered in refrigerator for up to one week.
