I have just moved, and don`t have a freezer right now. There is a store not too far from here that sells Quorn, but it is too far to walk there every time I want Quorn for dinner. (Not very many stores sell Quorn here in Norway.)

So, if I buy several packages at once, and cook them, how lond do you think I could have them in the fridge? A few days? A week?

I`m talking about this two kinds of Quorn (Only 3 kinds available in Norway..) :

I would say 3 days max...personally. If you are cooking them in a sauce or something...if youre just cooking them for the sake of it i would say its a waste.

Have you not got a neighbour/family member who could keep them in a freezer for you?

I'd treat them as any leftovers and wouldn't eat them after 5 days, although I believe most foods are supposed to be safe up to 7. I just like to play it safe, as I am THE BIGGEST BABY when it comes to throwing up.
