Quick One Pot Pasta<br><br>
Category: Main Dishes - Pasta<br><br><br><br>
Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
1 cup onion, chopped<br><br>
2 cloves garlic minced<br><br>
1 bell pepper, chopped<br><br>
1 cup chopped mushrooms<br><br>
1 cup chopped zucchini<br><br>
1 can diced tomatoes<br><br>
1 3/4 cup water<br><br>
1/2 cup dry tvp<br><br>
2 tbsp italian herb seasoning<br><br>
crushed red pepper flakes to taste<br><br>
2 cups shell pasta<br><br><br><br>
Sautee veggies in a little oil or water until they are tender. Add can of tomatoes, italian seasoning, water, tvp, red pepper flakes, and pasta to pot. Bring to a boil, than reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Until pasta and tvp have absorbed extra liquid.<br><br><br><br><br><br>

It might not be the fanciest dinner, but its fast, healthy, and really filling for those days you get in late and can't find anything to eat. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
