Quick and Easy BBQ Beans and Corn<br><br>
Category: Side Dishes<br><br><br><br>
Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
1/2 red onion, chopped<br><br>
1 red bell pepper<br><br>
1 (14-ounce) can black beans<br><br>
1 (14-ounce) can of corn<br><br>
1/4 cup(or more to your liking) of your favorite BBQ sauce<br><br>
about a tablespoon of oil for cooking<br><br>
Optional: Chives, chilli powder, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, any other seasonings to your liking<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
1)In a large saucepan add oil and saute the onions until tender.<br><br><br><br>
2) Add in the corn and beans sauting for 2-5 minutes.<br><br><br><br>
3) Add in any spices and hot sauce, cooking for another minute.<br><br><br><br>
4) Add in BBQ sauce.<br><br><br><br><br><br>

This is extrememly easy and goes together in less than 5 minutes.<br><br><br><br>
Mexican canned corn would be extremely good here. I love this stuff and it takes care of my BBQ cravings. Goes great with almost anything you want.<br><br><br><br>
