If I make extra and store it in a mason jar, how long will it be good for? I'm thinking of making some at night and having some in the morning and bringing a jar with me to work. Is this doable?

Also, are the smoothies supposed to replace a meal? I'm planning on making some interesting raw meals all the time but don't want to over do it or under do it either haha how much do you guys drink a day and should I also add a meal with them?

You can go to bed 10 mins earlier and make them fresh in the morning!

Depends on what's in it, but I'd say it's best within 4 hours and don't go over 12 hours. I agree with making it in the a.m. if you can.

Also, it's a meal replacement if it has enough calories. We don't have enough information here to know what you're putting in your smoothies. and how much you drink. I had one with 6 dates, 2 pears, 3 bananas, collards, kale, and spinach today that was probably good for 3 hours (post workout).

I have no problem getting up early I just didn't want to wake everyone in the house up when I start blending haha Oh well they will live.

I'm not sure yet what all will be going into them (but I like them full of stuff) but I will be tracking everything so I guess I'll know then if it's enough or if I'll need a lunch too.

Thank you for the answers I'm trying to get a plan together to start going raw next week.
