Have any of you tried Pureology hair products? I just found out about them today. All of their products are 100% vegan. It says so on their site.

I'm looking for stuff to use on blonde hair that won't darken it. Their products look great, but are pricey. I just want to know if they're worth the money.

Oh and for all the other blondes out there,

I contacted http://johnfrieda.com/ about their products (Sheer Blonde) and this was the reply I received:

"Most of our products contain some animal by-products. Please be assured that we use the finest ingredients available to the cosmetic industry.

Due to the constant fluctuation in this type of market, we cannot state with certainty the animal source, or the proportion present at any given point in time.

We are pleased to inform you that we do not use animals to test any aspect of our products. Additionally, current plans do not include the use of animals in the development of new products.

Thank you for the opportunity to be of service.

i'm a professional colorist of twelve years, and i can honestly tell you that pureology products are the best (and most ethical) products to hit the industry yet! these products are great for damaged hair and maintainence of vivid color. i love the shampoos and conditioners, and the two new styling products... shine max and volume max are terrific.... the hairspray, root boost, texture twist etc are overpriced and not very good.... i also like aveda, pure hair and mop hair and body products.
