Hi guys. Just though I'd share my favorite fall dessert right now. I toss one block firm tofu and 1 can of pure pumkin puree (the kind that is JUST pumpkin, not the kind that is pie filling) into the blender with a dash of vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and sweetner. I like to use agave but I think maple syrup would be really yummy too. Blend until there aren't any lumps and chill. It's like pumpkin pie filling but so healthy.

Mm that sounds yummy. Could you use silken tofu as well, or would that be too liquidy? I'm still not used to using tofu
