Hi guys. Just though I'd share my favorite fall dessert right now. I toss one block firm tofu and 1 can of pure pumkin puree (the kind that is JUST pumpkin, not the kind that is pie filling) into the blender with a dash of vanilla, pumpkin pie spice and sweetner. I like to use agave but I think maple syrup would be really yummy too. Blend until there aren't any lumps and chill. It's like pumpkin pie filling but so healthy.
