I experimented to get this recipe. You simply blend together vanilla soymilk (silk is a good choice), then add lots of cinnamon, pumpkin spice, and honey (or exclude for those who don't eat honey), then add bananas until the desired texture is achieved. Thick, creamy, velvety flavor and such sweetness!! A lovely snack beverage.

Have you tried agave cactus nectar/syrup? It works well in place of honey and, with cactus, there's no bee exploitation or risk of botulism.

Since the original poster hasn't been here in...oh.. about a year, it's not likely they'll answer your question.

Perhaps... but I think it's helpful to mention substitutes where applicable. I hear they make a brown rice syrup substitute too.... but this is about the pumpkin shake.

Sounds good Mr_Vegan but why you call yourself that when you eat honey? :s Course it's up to you if you wanna eat honey but I'm just curious why you seem to imply you're vegan (well kinda worried in case you tell people you're vegan and then eat honey so they then think that honey is suitable for vegans)... not telling ya not to eat honey, tis your life, just bit worried about people starting to think that vegans eat honey

Course if you vegetarian that would make sense but I'm still curious why you have the name 'Mr_Vegan'

I'd make it with the following adaptations: freeze the banana, (cut in chunks first) and add a bit of pumpkin puree and maybe a little tofu/protein powder for extra nutrition and yumminess

I just tried this and it was fantastic! I always miss pumpkin when the fall/winter holiday season ends. I puree and freeze mine from my garden so I have plenty all year, but sometimes I don't think to take it out. I'll definitely make this again and make some room for the summer fruits in my freezer!
