erm... i'd think that you want something sticky to stick them together so maybe... some sort of sugar syrup *shudders* and maybe some margarine, or nut butter, or both, melted together with the syrup, to solidify it? why don't you look at an existing reciepe to see what they use, and adjust your measurements accordingly. perhaps look at a few of these 20 or so granola style bar reciepes, for ideas, for a start:

http://vegweb.com/index.php?board=506.0

You can melt together some maple syrup/honey/agave nectar, earth balance and peanut butter and then mix in the rice puffs/nuts and pour it into a pan to chill. There are some good recipes in the Recipe section of the forums I believe.

I make bars with walnuts, cashews, hazelnuts, sesame seeds, hemp seeds. ground almonds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds. I use almond butter and rice malt syrup as my sticky stuff. Sometimes if it is a bit dry I add a TB or 2 of agave syrup. Rice or barley malt syrup are good because they are thick like molasses but not as bitter but also not too sweet.

This just makes me think of something Homer Simpson was eating on an episode of the Simpsons... "Nuts and Gum: Together at Last"
