A girl at work found out today that I have not eaten meat in over 5 days, yes, I am brand new to Vegetarianism. She is a personal trainer ( as well as a waitress where I work) and is really into body building and nutrition. She sort of got all nervous for me and started on about how I *needed to eat protein and I was going to get really sick if I don't incorporate at least some fish into my diet. I never ate seafood even when I was eating meat, why am I going to start NOW?<br><br><br><br>
So, I am really bad at confrontation. I didn't know what to say to her. She was asking me what I ate and I told her that I have been eating food. lol honestly, I really didn't know what to say. I feel great, better, in fact, than I have felt in years. I have more energy and no digestive issues as I did before. As far as protein goes what should I be eating? What provides protein other than animal meat? I know I can google and look it up on my own but I want ideas. I am guessing that I have been eating enough protein and I don't even realize it.<br><br><br><br>
