This is my favorite breakfast at the moment since it leaves me feeling full and satisfied. The recipe is originally from eatingbirdfood.com but I have made a few alterations. Hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk/plant milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 apple cut into small pieces

I mix all of these ingredients in a bowl, cover it, put it in the fridge overnight and then top it off with fresh berries and almond butter.
