Today I went to <a href="http://www.fitday.com" target="_blank">www.fitday.com</a> and figured out my whole days worth of food. I had 76% carbs, 13% protein, and 11% fat. My question is, what is the correct ratio between the amount of protein you have and carbs? I am feeling like maybe I've had too many carbs...(oatmeal, oatmeal, cereal, bread....)<br><br>

I'm not a nutritionist but from what I know, it sounds really good. I know the protein is suppose to be between 10-15% and the fat under 25% and the rest should be whole grains, fruits and veggies. Just make sure you're getting enough calcium and iron. Also make sure the fat is the 'good' kind of fat.<br><br>
Besides numbers, how do you feel?

Carbs 55% +<br><br>
Fat 15-30%<br><br>
Protein 10-15% or so<br><br><br><br>
You're flippin hungry all the time because you don't eat enough fat.<br><br><br><br>
Add some soy milk to your life.

Later last night I wound up munching a little peanut butter with some carrots. Then, I turned the PB over to my mother and told her to HIDE IT! Lol. I'm addicted to the stuff, it can't even be around!<br><br>
I'm suprised I can eat a little more fat. Cool! I can add some olive oil to many of the things I eat, and my beloved soymilk. I thought it was too many carbs...looks like I'm doing ok.<br><br>
