Hi all.
I've recently stopped taking the pill and right away I started to get very sore breasts. I had a period right away (after stopping pill) but the sore breasts starts two weeks before my period does. Basically 50% of my existence is sore!

I used to take Starflower and just finished the bottle but it isn't vegan so I'm not getting it again. I have veggie Evening Primrose but the GLA in the SF is higher so better for soreness.

Has anyone found sfv starflower or any other things that can help the sore breasts? They really are horrid

You really might want to pop into the planned parenthood or other physician.

What can they do? Isn't there some natural thing that will help? I've always had this from pre pill days and coming off it has just made it start again.
