I have a question about some veggie foods. I have been vegetarian for 6 years and I am very healthy, and now, I am pregnant! I am very happy. I wanted to know what people here think about soy and pregnancy, and other veggie mock meats (tofurkey, quorn, etc.) I do not eat a lot of mock meat, but I have been craving it more lately, and wonder if its ok for my baby.
