hey board...<br><br><br><br>
i haven't really been watching what i eat.<br><br>
but now ive come to a standstill and wanna choose the healthiest lunch option when i go out today.<br><br><br><br>
what you think <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/broccoli.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":bobo:"><br><br><br><br>
1. lemon risotto with minimal goats cheese (gahhh. dairy. but ive avoided it for months and as controversial as it may be to do this- i really want to not frustrate my parents today when i meet up with them. a little wont kill me) and asparagus (i avoided risotto for YEARS. high in calories and what not. but i try not to care these days. still....kinda clueless. i like eating 'clean' foods, so i know whats what. sigh. but i can totally do this.)<br><br><br><br>
2. some kind of soup (usually thick and creamy at this place) and turkish bread.<br><br><br><br>
3. poached eggs (animal protein..not cool. but if its my best option...)<br><br><br><br><br><br><br><br>
4. croissant. not the healthiest option but the lowest in calories... but that doesn't matter... (sorry. dog died. its been a long week. i sorta care about this stuff again. but i promise to stop.)<br><br><br><br>
