Hi Everyone

I gym first thing in the morning, just drink my cup of coffee then go go go.

Then after gym go to work.

I usually have my soya shake with 200 ml berry juice and a rye roll with avo or hummus.

Is this enough?

I hate the fact that I love exercise but struggle with getting the nutrition part right.

Getting fitter and then crash and burn.

maybe some guidance would be awesome.

i had post workout
berry juice 100ml with 100 ml water with 2 and half scoop of soya shake which = 15g of protein followed by rye roll and hummus.

cup of tea and 40g of wheat free muesli for snack.

lunch is brown rice with veggies, kidney beans and mushroom in irna paarmens lemon and herb sauce.

snack : soya berry shake

dinner, 2 mini pizza's with cheese, tomato, spinash and mushroom

I struggle with big meals so this is a huge thing to get use to.

I love the exercise and would like to do it every morning.
