Lets prove that a raw diet can be nutritionally balanced!!<br><br><br><br>
Post all the delicious raw foods you eat daily here. You don't have to be 100%raw to post, even if you are high raw, please join in.<br><br><br><br>
I'll start:<br><br><br><br>
B-Pear, lara bar, oats with coconut milk, molasses and pumpkin seeds.<br><br>
S-Apple<br><br>
L-Sprouted bread sandwich with zuchinni hummus, onion, tomato, chard, kale, and guacomle<br><br>
S-Walnut cherry brownies with frozen banana icecream<br><br><br><br>
That's it so far for me today.<br><br><br><br>

Oops It looks like this thread posted twice. It was a pain figuring out a title that would actually go through. This one finally did.
