I just found this in my purse. Since we come to VB from all over the world, we don't all use the same measurement units.<br><br><br><br><b>Temperature conversions</b><br><br><br><br>
To convert Fahrenheit degrees into Celsius, subtract 32, multiply by 5, and divide by 9.<br><br><br><br>
To convert Celsius into Fahrenheit, multiply by 9, divide by 5, and add 32.<br><br><br><br>
Freezing point for water: 32 degrees F, 0 degrees C<br><br>
Boiling point for water: 212 degrees F, 100 degrees C

<b>How to perform a headstand</b>*<br><br><br><br>
1. use a wall as support if you are clumsy or drunk.<br><br><br><br>
2. squat down, placing your palms on the floor, with the heels of your hands under your shoulders. turn the insides of your elbows so they face out and your elbows bend <b>back</b>, rather than to the side.<br><br><br><br>
3. bend at the elbow.<br><br><br><br>
4. lift your heels off the floor and lean your knees into the back of your upper arms. using your upper body strength and core strength, slowly push your body <b>forward</b>(keeping the chest parallel to the floor until your elbows are at 90 degrees and your toes begin to lift off the floor.<br><br><br><br>
5. look down, allowing the weight of your head to carry your head down to the floor. do this slowly, useing your abs to control the "fall' and avoiding head injury.<br><br><br><br>
6. you are now a <b>tripod</b> head and hands, in a tuck with the knees still on the triceps.<br><br><br><br>
7. pull the heels in toward your butt, flex your feet, and push your heels to the ceiling.<br><br><br><br>
