Would you mind giving the link to this article? I think Yahoo! needs to know one of their writers is either ADD or brain-damaged.

As Katrina demonstrated, along with the above facts, GW Bush is in the White House solely to protect the interests of corporations and his cronies, certainly NOT the American middle class.

Have the world's scientists actually reached a consensus? I thought this issue was still being debated. Denying it seems silly to me; I just want to know if a consensus has actually been reached.<br><br><br><br>
Katrina reflected poorly on a lot of people but Bush was not foremost among them. The government of New Orleans was not particularly spectactular. FEMA was a total failure. I fail to see where Bush's reaction to Katrina proved ther he was protecting the interests of corporations and his cronies. How did they benefit?

Huh? Is that even supposed to mean something to me?<br><br><br><br>
And wow, that Yahoo! opinion article was very poorly written. Silver should note in the future that VB rules do require linking the source if we C&P.

"opinions are immunity to being told you're wrong"<br><br><br><br>
and also immunity to getting charged with slander/libel, so always remember to say "In my opinion" before saying anything negative!

How did he ever get a second term?</div>
</div>
<br><br><br>
I'm pretty sure a hunch of people voted for him just because of his pro life stance.<br><br>
At least when I asked many of the people in my area why they voted for him that was thier reply most were ignorant about any other issues in the news today but they knew about the abortion issue.<br><br>
Erm I live in the bible belt so I'm sure that is the reason for it but still it seems silly to me to vote for your bloody leader based on one issue alone.
