Hi Everyone

PMS is here this month with a vengeance.

Any tips. I have no appetite and feel incredible moody.

Only thing I really feel like eating is


Feel like locking myself in a padded room for a few days.

I was just thinking that I don't really get PMS, so I googled symptoms just to see what it says.
I get probably every "physical" symptom that was listed (bloating, acne, fatigue, etc.) Fantastic
I don't think I get moody though...or at least not more moody than usual, ha!

I usually have an increased appetite though!

I find for me, it is a constant battle towards this one week. I exercise regularly and keep up on my regime for that week no matter how bad it can be....

less caffeine helps with the irritability. Drink tons more water, it will help with headaches, tiredness, caffeine cravings AND the bloating.

make sure to sleep well!

I also have employed calcium supplements and magnesium tea to help with cramps.

Exercise. It always helps PMS.
