Hello everybody! My name is Ernesto and although I am a Plant-Based Nutrition supporter, I have yet to take a personal leap. I want to inquire about the transition to a plant-based lifestyle for a 23 year old male who is 6'2 and 190lbs (skinny). More than anything, I want to achieve overall health benefits, but I would like to put on more lean muscle mass and lose the little bit of fat around my stomach. How can I approach this plant based lifestyle without becoming skinnier, and actually putting on muscle? Thank you so much!
