I will have to go off the pill for about a month or so because of my husbands change in jobs. I am only getting one packet then I will have to wait for a pap to get anymore. I have been on some sort of birth control since I was 14. We will use other precautions during that time. I am just worried it will whack my body out. I get severe cramps heavy bleeding and I think I have PMDD (It runs in my family). I usually do the continual 4 packets then a placebo week. This may be a very bad idea but, can I stretch a pack out by taking it every other day and using other precautions also? Did anyone have to do this before and did it mess you up? Thank you. I am just so scared it will mess my body up.

I call my dr's office after I've made the pap appointment and see if they can give just one refill. If you do not have insurance, they are like $30 a pack, depending on brand generic or not. If it is not generic, see if there is one available for what you take. I figure the cost of condoms and spermicides is almost as much.

It is important to get a decent night's sleep in order to maintain good health. As cold and flu season arrives, one of the best defenses is to make sure the body is well-rested. Anxiety and insomnia are two of the most common causes of sleep deprivation. Often the body requires a little extra assistance in order to get the rest it requires.
