Hey everyone
My name is Rai (pronounced "Ray", it's "Rain" without the "n"). The last time I had meat - i.e. when I officially decided that vegetarianism is for me - was January 27th, 2007. So not long ago. I am not finding it difficult at all to resist meat. No cravings or anything. But I am finding it difficult to incorporate more vegetables into my diet. I am open to try new things, but there are several foods that I dislike. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for someone who does not like many vegetables, loves fruit, and only eats whole grain carbohydrates (brown rice, oats, whole wheat breads/bagels, etc.). Also, I do not drink milk, but I do drink soy.
Any suggestions?
