Yeah vegetables suck!!! in my I am a total carb guy..I don't overfill of course but it rounds out maybe 80 percent of my daily intake. My personal eating plan consists of:

1 peanut butter sandwhich

2 Morningstar burgers.

2 oatmeal bars.

1 tall glass of happiness

Each of those items consists of a wheat bread substitute. ...except the Oatmeal...Also if you want to spice it up you can also get some Smartdogs ( veggie dogs) that are really great!!!

I am also looking to get some protein in there ( even though the Morningstar productrs are a good source) protein shakes are good!
