slightly girly question but not entirely for the 'female' section so here goes..
so..tonight, the return..of the monthly. and yet my 'target weight' is apparently a lot higher. does that mean if i continue to eat plenty of calories but not enough to gain more weight, that im healthy enough?
im 165cm and currently weight 47kgs. (with very little muscle, so that accounts for some of it)
anybody know?? i must be eating plenty of the right things to have it return, so..why would i need to gain more? isn't the 'bad bit' of being underweight being infertile? which im now not?
