You're welcome!
I go through the same thing sometimes, too, like wondering if I'm just having a craving (for chocolate, chips, etc) or if my body is really hungry and needs food. I can understand where you are coming from. If you're ever confused and don't know what your body is telling you - just listen to it and understand that it's hungry, whether or not it's just a craving. It's good to give into cravings, as long as you keep it under control. Let's say you are craving some chocolate - okay, let yourself have some! But make a promise to yourself that you won't go crazy and eat 5 candy bars, but maybe 1 instead. Or if you want some potato chips or any other kind of snack, don't eat the entire bag, but let yourself have a handful or two. It may sound difficult, but by listening to your body and practicing control, you will get the hang of it and won't have to worry about your portions. It will all come naturally.
Remember that you are in control of yourself. You are the only one who is responsible for your health and happiness. It's okay to give into cravings, like I said, just keep it under control. Then you know that you aren't hurting yourself. Besides, what you are feeling may not be cravings, and instead it may be your body telling you, "Feed me! Feed me!" You may not be feeding your body enough of the nutrients it needs. So be nice to your body and take care of yourself.
Feed yourself. Nourish yourself. Try your best not to feel guilty, but rather feel
good about listening to your body. Ignore those feelings that tell you it's wrong to eat and be free. Your body wants you to be free, and so do you.
Please PM me if you ever want to talk or if you need help. I see your threads every once in awhile and I really feel for you. I'd like to see you get back on the right track and be free.
