For the globe-trotters, adventure-seekers, vegan foodies, or families just in dire need of a break from the neverending schedule of soccer practice, play dates, carpools, and full-time jobs, a well-deserved getaway is just what you need. No need to leave the kids at home – there are plenty of vacation spots that allow parents to get some R&R while catering to children’s idea of a good time. These vegan family vacations also have phenomenal food, so you can stress less and leave the meal prep at home.
So share your Vacation plan.
My choice is BFREE – PUNTA GORDA, BELIZE
Nestled in the stunning foothills of the Maya Mountains, BFREE is the ideal place to unwind and relax whilst bringing a restored equilibrium to the mind, body, and soul. The price includes three vegan or vegetarian meals per day, but for those who want more, the “Cacao” classes are highly recommended. Just as it sounds, these classes combine vegan chocolate and yoga for a restorative experience for the mind and soul. Other activities include hiking, swimming, daily yoga and meditation, and more.
