ok, when should we have our pot luck at the studio? huh? huh? huh? when?

i have a lot of weekends booked with workshops and stuff, but we can work around that.

you wanna wait until after jan snows? or do you want to do it soon?

man. . .i was at su tao just last nite with my mom and dad! Also, if we're going to do this veggie pot luck, i'll advertise it too. If we wait til march, we can advertise it in Yoga Living Magazine.

also, just to let you know, tomorrow, Dec 22 i'm offering a free yoga class from 9:30 to 11 am. you're all welcome to attend.

the easiest way to get there is to take rt 202 to rt 29 N. Drive over 202, past SEimens, up the hill. YOu'll notice a sign that says "All turns" and has an arrow pointing right. this is your jug handle. take that jug handle. make a left onto Great Valley Parkway. Stay in the left turn lane. Turn left onto rt 29 S. Spring Haven Center is on your right--a yellow building. Our Yoga Studio is located there!

If you have the time, come on by!

That might be a good time (after Jan). Maybe the weather will work out and all this holiday stuff will be out of the way. I think it would be a lot of fun!

oh man, lewburg, you had me so excited for a minute! There's a town called lewisburg that's about ten minutes away from where I live, and I was all ready for you to be from there. Oh well.

YOGA PARTY!!!!

Wanted to let ya'll know that there will be a FREE yoga party at OUR YOGA STUDIO on SATURDAY, JAN 24, 2004 from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM. We're going to have yoga, creative movement, thai yoga massage, fun, fellowship, and photos! we're taking pictures for the web site, posters etc. we can edit you out, but i won't like you if you do. LOL just kidding!

anyway, i wanted to let you all know that it was happening if you had the time and wanted to try it out. Kids are welcome, teens are welcome, it's prenatal appropriate and a TON of fun.

if you want directions to the studio, then please ask! it'll be a ton of fun!

i live in pittsburgh, shadyside to be exact... i've lived in western pa my whole life and moved to pittsburgh to go to school... now i guess i'm a permanent fixture here

i like shady side. my hsuband went to carnegie mellon. if we lived in pittsburgh, that's where we'd live.

i've been there a few times. They could use a yoga studio.

Woe! I live in Graterford/COllegeville right now. I work in Chester Springs(right down the street from Exton and WC). I saw a little house in West Chester that I thought about buying, but decided to keep looking. My bro lives there, and graduated from WCU so he knows that town like the the back of his hand.

I spend most of my time in Pottstown though, when I'm not at home or work. Damn, small world!

WCU has the best dorms ever . My friend went there for music education, and she lived in a palace for the same amount of money we were spending for an 8X8 roach-infested high rise box. No wonder their students are so cool.

Yeah, when my brother attended WCU his dorm was okay, but when he was able to get the on campus apartments....man were those suckers really nice. Beautiful on the outside, so nice on the inside, and had some nice views. I was totally impressed.

I would have loved to live in one of them.

Hey someone else from the valley ,there are a few of us around! We are on the border of the poconos, near Jim Thorpe, which is starting to get some good veggie places.
