I really doesn't matter, o.z., but personally I like bread and butter the best and dill second-best. Different pickles will have a different effect with the peanut butter. B&B will have a slightly sweet/salty flavour with the pb. Dill will bring out the peanut flavor more but it won't be as sweet.

PB&BB is one of my favorite sandwiches. It looks gross, but it's sooooo good.

Personally I don't understand that combination. It sounds soooo gross. Maybe I'll try it sometime but it just doesn't sound good...

Hm. I always do it with dill and extra crunchy peanut butter. I like *crunch.* Sometimes throw on some lettuce and sprouts..

I tried different kinds of PB sandwiches last year. Some VegWebber might remember. Anyway, one of them was a PB & pickle one, EWWWWW! Although it was the best one of the three. The other two were PB & banana and PB & J. I just can't get PB for the life of me. The only use I have for it is making satay sauce, which is yummy!!

I know it's not very maternal of me , but you're younger, and therefore should have better recuperative powers.

Okay, I was brave. I tried it last night. I had one for breakfast this morning. I am seriously considering having it for dinner today again. I thought it would be gross. But miraculously it wasn't! it was so good... yemmy. I just try not to let my family see me eating them for fear that they will really think I've gone off the edge.

I too bit the bullet...err...peanut butter and pickle...just now. Crunchy natural peanut butter, dill pickles, on 9 grain bread. To my surprise, QUITE good, with a pleasing aftertaste. I think I may have to have another one.... Like you, Strawberry, I think that I may have to keep this a secret. Family and friends may not be able to cope with me becoming addicted to peanut butter and pickle sandwiches within 10 months of going vegan. Yes,I am definitely going to have another one....*wanders off to the kitchen*
