Peanut butter and banana smoothie

Category: Beverages/Smoothies

Suitable for a: vegan diet

Ingredients:

------------------------------------------------------

1 banana

2 tsp peanut butter

Soya milk, or rice milk

Instructions:

------------------------------------------------------

Slice the banana into bite sized pieces.

Blend in the banana, peanut butter and soya/rice milk until smooth

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one who likes this smoothie. I have told people this is my favorite lunch in the summer and they just look at me funny. I always use frozen bananas and vanilla soy milk.

This recipe reminds me that I should have picked up some soy milk at the grocery store today. D=

Peanut Butter and Bananas are both huge weaknesses for me. I cannot wait to try this...

Brown sugar? Chocolate soy milk!? Those sound lovely.

Here's what I did. I cut the banana into pieces and froze them before adding them to the other ingredients. It made a delicious,thick,icy cold milkshake. Very nice recipe.
