This is fantastic with the fresh lovely peaches I've been getting.<br><br><br><br>
2 frozen peaches (4 halves)<br><br>
1/2 c peach juice (Trader Joes has it)<br><br>
enough soy chai to cover the peaches in the blender<br><br><br><br>
Blend it up and drink it! I think I could live on this pretty happily.

but then again I'm a smoothie-newb.<br><br>
I just made one *takes a sip* with banana, rasberry, soymilk, and strawberry-banana soy yogurt. I think the rasberries are a little too seedy for smoothies.<br><br><br><br>
live and learn!<br><br>
tomorrow I won't use the rasberries, but I'll use strawberries and grind up some flaxseed and oats first.<br><br><br><br>
this one sounds too sweet for me....:-D

GNU, try using raspberry juice instead for a raspberry taste with no seeds. <img alt="" class="inlineimg" src="/images/smilies/smiley.gif" style="border:0px solid;" title=":)">
