I don't think it's ok for small children. Maybe kids over 10. It's pretty tame compared to what most of us have seen. It just has a lot of factory farm scenes with animals being treated roughly, not videos of people being purposely cruel for fun or anything. I don't remember, but I'm sure it shows some dead animals and talks about the harsh conditions. It focuses more on the compassion for animals, not the cruelty of humans.
