For those who love peanut butter and bananas (together) . . .<br><br>

Suitable for a: vegan diet<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Ingredients:<br><br>

White flour tortilla (yeah, i said it. white flour.)<br><br>
Peanut butter<br><br>
Banana<br><br>
Pancake/waffle syrup<br><br><br><br><br><br>
Instructions:<br><br>
------------------------------------------------------<br><br><br><br>
Heat tortilla on a plate in the microwave for 15 - 20 seconds. Immediately spread with peanut butter (nuked tortillas tend to get chewy/tough if not spread or filled with something right away). Peanut butter will get kind of melty. Top with sliced bananas and drizzle with syrup. If you have a compulsive streak as I do, prepare so that there is peanut butter/banana/syrup in every bite. OMG.<br><br><br><br><br><br>

I make these. Except I use whole wheat tortillas, natural creamy peanut butter, thinly sliced banana and some honey. It's sooooo good. And it goes great with a side of baked apple slices with cinnamon. Mmm...
