Please pass this on to your mother, father, relatives and all of your friends who are very negative about YOUR lifestyle. Isn't it crazy what we have to deal with just because we choose not to eat dead animals!?!?!? Just crazy! That is why I put this little piece together...to aid in your efforts to try and explain that we don't need meat and dairy to survive. That we don't need ANY animal products to function.
I understand this STILL won't convince some people, but it is a true effort and I hope it at least helps one of you

I did mention the wrong book by Marilu Henner. I mentioned that it is 'Total BODY Makeover' ..in actuality it is 'Total HEALTH Makeover'. This is a great read for parents and anyone that needs a little more convincing.

oh, it is definitely a good sore, because wherever I am sore I know I did some serious fat burning and toning...it happens to be my butt and thighs which are the core areas that I want to tone anyway. I've been struggling with depression lately and have had trouble getting the motivation to move, and after seeing your video and watching you go through it I felt motivated to stick with it for the entire time. It helps to be able to do it in my own home in a short period of time, without any judgements (except from my cats) and to do it at my own pace.
I actually forgot to count how many I did. What I did was I kept doing each of the exercises after you explained them, as you were talking and in between your description of the next exercise so that I could keep my heart rate going while also following along with the video. So it was a solid eight minutes of non-stop moving with five minutes before and after for stretching.
Whatever I did, it was a good workout, and I am going to get my boyfriend to do it with me later this week, because he needs the exercise even more then me (he's significantly overweight from quitting smoking, so now that he's getting healthy lungs, he needs a healthy body...I only wish I could convince him to go veg, but I'm not going to push my luck).
