Just wondering what peoples thoughts are on drinking a glass of good quality O. J. with a meal...<br><br><br><br>
Does that work to absorb more iron.. ???<br><br><br><br>

I have heard that vitamin C increases the body's ability to absorb iron. A study was done with children and apparently there was no significant difference in iron absorption between drinking oj or apple juice.
